About The C-Card Scheme

You can access contraception and advice from a range of organisations in Nottingham including your doctor and sometimes your school nurse.

Don't forget all services will respect your right to confidentiality and will only break this if they think you or someone else is in serious danger.

You can take a friend or relative with you to visit services

You can just turn up to some of the services with no appointment, but it's best to call them first to check if you need an appointment.
